Positive: Location, we only used it for a place to sleep and shower

Negative: The decor and furnishings are looking very tired and need replacing ,examle toilet seat, bathroom sink no plug, shower door handle was broke, kitchen sink tap was broke, stairs carpet needs replacing, main bedroom mattress needs replacing, bedroom fan fell apart when put on,no clothes rack to hang clothes, and the walls need a fresh coat of paint.
