there is plenty of parking on the 54 acre property. Having a vehicle is a must as the only transportation that comes up the road are school buses. 6 miles to Battle Ground Lake, 8 miles to Northwood Public House, 7.5 miles to Hockinson Market for great pizza and ice cream, 9 miles to Safeway, Fred Meyer, or Albertsons. 4WD/chains/snow tires may be necessary in the winter. My front wheel drive honda civic does great with snow tires.
