this is a gated community with a monitored entrance as well as a doorbell camera and driveway camera on the property itself
garage parking is available for 2 cars and there are 2 spots for cars in the driveway Please note street parking is not allowed in this community.

• ✶dogs are allowed up to 50 lbs and a maximum of 2 dogs per stay Dogs must be listed on your reservation with a description and a pet fee of $20/dog per night will be added after the booking is confirmed. NO CATS OR OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.

• no smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property, including the porch
• no parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like
• do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors
• no loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm
• we are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

* stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a $40 charge per item
* noise complaints will result in a warning and a second complaint will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of the reservation
• lost tv, fan, or ac remote control will result in a $100 charge
• smoking of any kind will result in a $250 charge
• unapproved late check out fees: every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75
• $20 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
