Positive: Beautiful house, perfect layout for our family, comfortable beds, very clean, great location

Negative: The golf cart is a little worn down…probably time to be replaced. We were able to use it, but steering was difficult and one day the ignition fell out (while we were at the beach) and we had to find a screwdriver to remove the cup holders to get the piece that fell down. Also, the bikes are getting a little worn out as well. Again, we were able to use them, but had a few small problems with chains coming off and the seats not staying put.

Summary: Our family had a great week at the beach for our last hurrah before school starts back. This was our 2nd stay at Perfect
