Positive: I booked a one-night stay at a hotel on Chios Island. But the moment I walked in, I was genuinely amazed. The architecture feels like something out of the Middle Ages, and the owner has designed the rooms with incredible taste. The fine details, the harmony of the furniture, the effort put into every corner, and the outstanding hospitality left a strong impression on me. I usually don’t praise hotels. I don’t recommend them. But this one, which I chose purely by coincidence, I truly recommend… It’s unbelievable. Its name is Pietra Rossa Boutique Hotel.
