This penthouse is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that can sleep up to 8 people. This place is perfect for couples or a family.
this is one of the best locations in playa because you are only steps from 5th avenue and a short 4 minute walk to the beach Our penthouse condo has 2 large balconies and a large rooftop deck. You are close to shopping and 2 of the largest grocery stores in Playa. Our condo has luxurious modern finishes with rain shower heads in the bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit, and all brand new furniture as of October 2016.The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. The 3rd Bedroom on the rooftop deck has a queen bed and 2 built in bunk beds. on the rooftop there is a splash pool, mamitas bed, and kitchenette (microwave, coffeepot, and mini fridge)
we have a private parking spot in the garage but it's actually not necessary because of the central location of oasis12 There is a large 60 foot swimming pool and private workout gym. Right next to the pool are aple loungers and cabanas with a bar and bbq area. There is also 24 hour security. We have free wifi.
the building is close enough to all the action while still being in a quiet area It's steps to 10th Avenue, where there are a lot of restaurants, while 5th Avenue is only a very short walk away. Grocery stores are within two blocks of here.

Summary: This place is amazing! It is closed to everything. You can walk to the beach, quinta venida, as well as to Walmart and local restaurants. The place is very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and clean. I recommend this place to families as well as groups of friends
