-the internet must remain connected We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via the internet (i.e updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guests are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device.
-pets are welcome! we have a one-time $100 pet fee A pet fee will be charged even if the pet(s) are not correctly added as guests.
