Positive: The place and the rooms look nice (estetic & clean) and the price is fair . You get a jar of water in your room.

Negative: NOISY - NOT SOUNDPROOF. Its a small place and you could hear everything from everywhere... door is to the patio. Bathroom window (only net and curtain) to the parking. Even a small family next to you and you can't sleep. When the family next to my room finally left in the morning.. then cleaning ladies came at 9am and made noise . Metal chair in the terrace are uncomfortable. At keast out some pillows. No bell.. as the check-in is after 3pm, they don't expect you to arrive before. At least put a bell or a pin code or a whatsapp number. My bed made so much noise with every move which didn't bother me too much, but two persons would be another case. * Those are all things which could be improved immediately and make this place a 10. Even the noise could be solve with signs in the rooms and patio asking to keep quiet at certain hrs and the receptionist could explain that on check-in
