★ no loud music in balcony after 9:30 pm keep music inside to yourself at checkout please dispose of trash to dumpster and no smoking in the apartment

★ please remember towels and linen are only for the use in the property and if they get stain they will be a charge of the items of replacement for overhead,shipping and delivery for $50 dollars per item
