There is a living room with a chaise lounge to unwind on, if so desired. Or else you can chill out in the adjacent reading room. The tropical plant filled kitchen is so quiet you can hear the sound of silence & birds chirping outside the windows. This is a favorite room to dine in or to relax in at the kitchen table. You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly, city-knowledgeable, female Behavioral Therapist who works with non-verbal autistic children. The location is 10 minutes away from 60th Street and 5th Ave, and the walk to the subway from the apt is 3 minutes. Everything you require is 1 - 4 blocks away. I am well informed on what's happening in NYC and available to show you around the neighborhood if so desired. I will assist you in whatever manner I can and then I'm off doing my thing.
