Positive: The view was nice and it’s close to the beach
Negative: furniture was broken and aged. there was no garbage bags, the trash cans stank. there were notices everywhere around the house to keep things clean but how do you keep things clean without garbage bags? floors were dusty, couldn’t walk barefoot and no slippers provided on arrival there was no drinking water provided. they knew i’m arriving late but didn’t inform me about the check in process. i had to find the security guard for keys. next day owner just shows up at the door expecting payment without informing me on check in process. thankfully i was able to transfer him the amount(i was hoping to use the ATM and give him cash later). after taking payment he disappeared. i had to ask for wifi password. check out was also slow and annoying. had a train to catch and he was sending ‘someone’ to check us out and give us bacj our deposit. overall bad experience with communication. view and rooftop are beautiful but not worth the price at all. kitchen has very old utensils etc that i wouldn’t touch even after washing them. in reality doesn’t look at all like the photos.
