great location in a calm private cove for fishing, kayaking, sup, and other water-sports You will have access to a 2 adult and 5 kid kayaks, life jackets are located in the entry way closet and must be worn at all times while using the kayaks. 2 10’ SUPs are provided as well. The Pool area has 3 table tops with chairs and umbrellas, a large gazebo with sectional couch and table and Bluetooth speakers for playing your favorite tunes while floating around the luxurious lazy river! Across from the pool is the corn hole field to test your skills and challenge your friends and family.

The kitchen island can seat 4 additional people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware, grill tools, and numerous appliances to make you feel at home. There is a laundry closet just off the kitchen that has washer/dryer with detergent.

On the lower level you will find a separate living room with a 65" TV with surround sound and a large sectional couch perfect for movie nights. The couch has a pull out double bed. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, full bath with walk in custom shower, half bath and kitchenette that has a full size refrigerator for additional cold storage.
