our residence is conveniently located near centennial college (morningside, progress, and eglinton campus) and the university of toronto scarborough We are situated at the intersection of Kingston and Lawrence, where you'll find a variety of shops and dining options within easy reach. There are several bus routes accessible within a 2-minute walk.
our neighborhood boasts the presence of major banks, supermarkets, shopping centers, and a cineplex movie theatre, making it a convenient and peaceful area for visitors We aim to create a respectful and harmonious atmosphere for all.
our private room is fully furnished and welcomes non-smokers only Given that most of our family members are males, we primarily seek to host male guests. Our priority is to support newcomers to this country, so we are specifically looking for international homestay students and international professors with a mature and respectful demeanor.
