Positive: Comfort was exceptional! privacy was amazing! Room, Access to room, parking and check in - check out was amazing! Bed was so comfortable!

Negative: found hair in my food from the breakfast buffet - was offered a complimentary coffee to make up for a $50 breakfast. Check in and Check out - Would have liked to be offered or given information that the trolley or someone to assist was available, as I had a few bags - so I had to do 2 trips to and from vehicle on check in and out.
