Summary: The airport shuttle was easy to find. All the staff were courteous. Our room was on the second floor and since you have no elevator, it was a little more difficult for my wife to transverse the stairs. However, if I had made a note of that per our reservation, perhaps they would’ve given us a Ground floor room. Our room was old and outdated. And it did smell old as well. It was fairly clean for an old room! The complementary breakfast was good.
