Summary: Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Cookies and water provided were a nice touch. CONS: Hearing loud people in the hallway in the middle of the night was not pleasant. There was no soap in the room at all. Bathtub drained extremely slow, so you stood in soapy water during a shower and was still full when the next person tried to shower. TV would not work, but a staff member did fix it and leave us an extra remote in case it had issues again. However, it did the same thing again in the morning and the extra remote did nothing so we couldn't watch the news and weather for the day as I expected to. Finally, when I went down for "breakfast" just before 8 am the eggs and sausage were gone.
