Summary: The room hot water shower did not work. Had reserve a king side bed got a new room with 2 queen beds. The shower worked in new room but no phone service and plastic was covered over the smoke alarm. We told front desk at check out but they said it happens. Room should have been checked before giving us a new room. Work was done to patch holes but was never finished. Carpet tile was not secure and came of had to put it back. This is from the first room.
