Positive: If you plan to have a small vehicle, it's an okay location. but not walking distance to places. Decent size for two people. The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook.
Negative: The place was clean, but the shower curtains were gross with mold. The assigned parking space was overgrown, so there was no ability to actually utilize it. The bed was extremely soft, so if that is not what you like it is uncomfortable and bad for your back.
