Our home is complete with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of space to relax with family and friends. Sandy Pond is a hidden gem, one mile by 3/4 miles in area, it is stocked annually with brown trout by the State of Maine and also boasts many other species for your fishing adventures. Sandy Pond has a 10 horse restriction on boat motors making it peaceful even in the height of the summer season. We provide 3 kayaks for your paddling adventures around the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on our private dock or spacious deck with spectacular sunrise views accompanied by the cry of our nesting loons.
