Summary: Everything was amazing except the room was freezing. The first night we got in very late and we kept turning the Arctic AC to a warmer temp and it didn't improve. We both wore coats but got sick from the cold; I had to see a doctor the next day. Engineering came and the AC does not respond to the thermostat in the hotel. They gave us blankets and a heater which worked well. The breakfast buffet is great, hotel exquisite, staff amazing. The price is low. Great location in Makati. I love Raffles. But if you are cold ask for help right away. Additionally, the entire hotel is over air conditioned in our opinion.
