This is our family home so the house is only available during the Xmas school holidays . Situated in a quiet cul de sac which backs onto a small rainforest , only minutes from the beach and positioned between the shopping and dining centres of Terrigal and Avoca beach. this family home is spread over 3 levels

level 2 - kitchen/diner, lounge room, rumpus, laundry, bathroom,2 toilets,3 bedrooms and outside dining bbq deck
level 3 Parents retreat lounge room with adjoining deck with daybed, master bedroom with walk through robe and luxury ensuite.
