Positive: The homeowner is fantastic! Fast to respond to my very late night arrival request for the door code for entry. She was quick to reach the pool maintenance provider as needed. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Fenced in yard, from the pond that had an alligator. Enclosed pool area. Spacious and clean. Close to dining and shopping. Easy drive to Disney properties. One and a half hours to Melbourne FL on the east coast, two and a half to three hours to St. Pete Beach on the west coast. The rental is attached to the main house with its own entry and pool access. The property and pool was ours alone for the entirety.

Negative: Not a dislike, rather an inconvenience. The pool filter was not working due to low water levels in the hot tub that flows into the pool. We did not realize this until late on day 2 of our stay because of prior scheduled events that kept us away from the house during daytime hours. Since that landed on a Sunday it took time for the pool maintenance provider to arrive to get things up and running. He explained the timer and what to do for the water levels so we could have filtered pool water for the last full day of our stay. As I stated above the homeowner was fast to respond to the pool concerns.

Summary: Would definitely stay at this home again.
