german architect hubert horbach and underwent
construction for several years as most of the high
quality building materials were imported from
europe the villa is designed around a charming
open-air courtyard with an exotic koi fishpond
and out-door dining area

swimming pool deck with a total of
approximately 4000 sq ft interior space and 3000

roofs there is an additional 2,000 square feet of
