Summary: We travelled to LakePoint and chose this condo by the reviews and pictures. We were not happy with this decision. There were many issues with the condo. Including being in a less than desirable location. We tried to move to a hotel but there was nothing available. Here are the main issues:First and foremost the upstairs never cooled down, no matter what the downstairs temp was the upstairs was very warm (we went to Target and bought fans), the front stairs are very steep and not in very good shape, the front door frame was very loose and seemed unsafe, the smoke detector downstairs had no battery in it, the back deck was unusable because of the spider webs and being very dirty, the toilet upstairs ran continuously, the coffee maker did not work, there were lots of bugs, the garage was full of bugs, lastly the electrical outlet in the family room sparked. The overall cleanliness of the condo was fine but that was only on the surface. We will not be staying here again. The owner was prompt in telling me that the air upstairs would cool down but it never did.
