Positive: Everything was nice. I emjoyed my stay.

Negative: It was kind of cold, I know the rule is to keep the thermostat at 19, but it's still a bit cold. The bedsheets really help keeping one warm. Additionally, I think it would be a great idea if there was small food complements, like salt, sugar and butter, since I've seen in Italy supermarkets don't sell small portions of that!
