forget your worries and relax in this spacious and serene modified a-frame that backs onto a forest, and is across the street from the lake, walking distance (about 7 minutes) to lorne beach (lake huron) Partially renovated with some remaining original 70s charm.
the space:
features a spacious living room with lots of comfortable seating, and a samsung frame smart tv The kitchen is bright and functional with it's own area dedicated to coffee, and connects to a cozy dining room that looks out into the treed yard. There is one main floor bedroom (queen bed) and half bathroom, while remaining three bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. There is an ottoman at the end of the king size bed that pulls out into a double bed with a memory foam mattress. All beds have high end memory foam mattresses (no Ikea mattresses here!) for a comfortable sleep.
a large backyard with a fire pit for s'mores and more, and a sizeable recreational room in the basement with a tv, bumper pool table, and plenty of other games

this property is also on a well water system that is tested bi-annually Although nothing harmful has been found so far (i.e. no copper, lead, nitrates, nitrites, coliform bacteria), we still recommend using bottled water for larger consumption just in case, however brushing teeth, washing dishes, showering, etc.. should be just fine!.
