located on the water, looking directly at the canal, beach & marina area with sailboats, boats, waves & spectacular desecheo island sunsets in the distance, private beach access to paddleboard, kayak, swimming, all watersports, etc.. walking distance to 3 major hotels, many restaurants & nightlife, street lights & sidewalks to anywhere in town or the coast !!
this fantastic property is available for rent with a 3 day min stay requirement, all rates are determined on the number of guests, our rates start at $575 per night, for up to 6 guests, additional guests may be added at a rate of $50 per person per night up to 10 guests max. Children 2 & under are free.
the property is available for weddings, special events, corporate gatherings, sweet 15 & 16's, etc. of up to 100 guests maximum however you must use our event planner or a english speaking planner from the west end of the island !!
