Summary: There was plenty of people for check-in and service, however the service was unbelievable slow and not really professional. We wanted to do a bike tour and wanted to have breakfast at 7 am. The coffee machine was not up and running and we only could start at 7.15 am and therefore missed the ferry and had to wait for an hour ...
