Positive: It is situated at the end of town, and the rear of the property is backed up to a beautiful river! Sitting on the back patio, reading, and watching/listening to the river was a great way to end a looong day of hiking!

Negative: Clean, well kept, great coffee for the coffee pot, and a great mattress!!
