- pets are not allowed on the property
- bbq grill is also available upon request

- no smoking inside or outside of the property
- no unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- if you wish to paddle along the river, you can bring your kayak

- please advise that there is an electric fence that separates the livestock
- due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- keep in mind that bbq grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- please take note that children are not allowed on the property due to the unfenced river and electric fences in the area
- we do not advise driving down to the tiny house as you may damage your car or get bogged
- start your adventure by using the trolley and torch to take your luggage down about 70 metres from the designated parking to your tiny house
- keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas we advise that guests don’t wear toed shoes when walking outdoors
- in order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
