Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and genuinely heartfelt. A special shout out goes to Deniz, who made our honeymoon unforgettable. He consistently checked in on us, made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to take care of every detail. His kindness and attentiveness truly elevated our experience. We also want to highlight Chef Ravindra, who prepared some of the best food we’ve ever had. The steak he made was honestly one of the best I’ve eaten and he even came personally during breakfast to make fresh omelettes for us. His passion and skill really showed in every dish. The hotel itself was incredible, beautifully maintained, stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, but what really made our stay memorable was the staff. Everyone greeted us with smiles and genuine warmth. Deniz, Ravinda and the entire Rixos team made our honeymoon special and we’re truly grateful for their hospitality.
