Positive: The location was lovely, surrounded by fields, Thurston Woods a couple of minutes up the road, the nearest beach about 20 - 25 minutes away. The cottage is on a crossroads so there is traffic but with triple glazing this isn't a problem, can be a bit noisy if you are sitting in the garden but really not a problem. The cottage itself is lovely, small, cozy and very well presented, very clean and all of the crockery etc is good quality and again, very clean and well cared for. I really enjoyed meeting the goats, who love to be stroked and given a fuss, they live close by and are a treat to watch, as are the chickens. A thoroughly pleasant, relaxing week and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
Negative: No real complaints, I just feel the little garden could be prettier as it is so pleasant to sit out for a little while during the late afternoon or early evening, weather permitting. There really isn't anything else I would say is a problem and even this is very minor.
