Positive: The property is so lovely, the carpets have been replaced and the beds are so comfortable. The location of the property was perfect for going to Windermere and for surrounding areas. The pub along the road is walking distance and the locals are so friendly. The small unique details within the property like board games and leaflets of what’s nearby was so lovely. We tried to extend our stay but the property was booked up. I will definitely be back.

Negative: The directions from booking.com are not the best. The picture of the front of the property is not what you see from the roadside. The property is on the main road opposite howgill cottages but you turn off the main road opposite these cottages left or right depending what direction you are coming from and it is the second property in.
