Positive: Amazing location- 5 minutes from Apollonia Steno, the coffee shops, restaurants, stores and buses to all the beaches. Close to the beginning of the walking trails. It was very quiet despite being close to the center and the main road. The house is in a garden and has a comfortable sitting area where you can eat or drink coffee while looking at the view. Air conditioner is completely silent.

Negative: Even though it's close to the center, there are a lot of stairs, workers can help you with the luggage on the first and last day. I really wish there was a water filter in the kitchen so that we didn't have to buy & carry so many mineral water bottles. Because the house is in a field there are plenty of bugs- ants, wasps, mosquitoes. The cleaning ladies would arrive daily in the strange hour of 14:30- when we were back in from the beach and taking a rest, rather than when we were out, and they didn't clean the floor for the entire week we were staying. There were problems with the electricity - one lamp was burnt, than it was replaced and another got burnt.
