Positive: It has everything we needed and more. Loads of space. The house had a quirky layout and it was great. Hot tub was fab! We didn't have a chance to use the kayaks, but it was good to have the option. The property is basically adjoining the lake, so it's easy to take them out
Negative: It's a bit too far to walk to town, you need a car to get around. The bugs are a nightmare - that's not specific to here, just be aware for Rotorua!
