Positive: after texting that we might arrive later, self check in was made possible by the kind host. the room itself is special, rustic, it's part of the castle & it's right under the castle's prison making the apartment part of Veszprem's history. it's in walking distance to the city centre, castle, different restaurants, not far from the zoo, hiking & the climbing crag. the suite was just enough for it's purpose, you could catch a good night's sleep, the bed was comfortable enough. one of the lamps didn't work and the TV i think was only there to function as a secondary screen but all in all, the room was alright, especially for it's price which was the second lowest in the city centre.
Negative: one of the showers did not have hot water. the common areas weren't that clean and on the second night, a party was hosted in the yard which was very loud. after we asked them to lower the volume, which I think they did, it was still hard to not hear it, the wall's acoustic isolation is not the best
