Positive: Contactless check in and check out was very convenient Property was at the end of a quiet cul de sac with no traffic noise Property was clean on arrival, apart from 3 large spiders in the living room Comfortable double bed and good shower
Negative: ****Received message from host asking me to rate my stay as 10/10 and to privately message any negatives! Er No!**** Property was very cold and lacked any form of cosiness - laminate floors throughout with no rugs Several spiders on lounge curtains and in corners in living room No lamps in living area so lights were either full or nothing - only 2 of the 3 bulbs in each light fitting were working Property had no doormat or place to hang coats - not great when it was cold and rainy every day Curtains in double bedroom are too short and let bright light from street lighting in No tin opener in kitchen No ventilation in bathroom No instructions available for anything in the property such as TV, cooker, dishwasher Request for help with heating was met with an offshore response from someone who didn’t understand English - figured out how to put heating on myself using Google
