Summary: We’ve stayed at Sabatic for 6 nights, the hotel is fairly new, the rooms and facilities are all really lovely. Only thing that would help to improve this hotel is the service. The bar service is a little slow round the pool, an extra member of staff is definitely needed. We also got engaged whilst at the hotel, although we’d ordered a bottle of champagne to the room none of the team acknowledged we were celebrating. A friend also tried to call the hotel to place a bottle of champagne in our room and was told they would call back and they never did. It’s just those little personal touches missing that reminds you it’s part of a large chain. Overall we would stay here again as the facilities are lovely and the location is great just a 10 min walk away from the sea front and bars etc.
