Positive: 1. Location of Sagar resorts makes it worthwhile to choose - a stay that is not inside the city rush and not too far from the city. The mountain view makes it a perfect destination for nature lovers to stay. 2. STAFF- very polite and supportive staff.Especially the GM of the property will make sure he understands your preferences and tastes and tries to personalize your experience 3. Rooms- excellent rooms equal to quality of a 4 star hotel. However, the janitor staff needed to be kept on toes to do some basic cleaning, but they were prompt too. 5. Pool- Nice pool with evening experiences at the pool side during weekends. They have a dedicated pool staff who ensures cleanliness and pool hygiene.
