important: you are booking a private beach home As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1 Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2 Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3 Pets ~ We allow 1 dog maximum with a $105/dog cleaning fee. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
4 Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
5 Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be placed outside of your unit from 8am-9am daily. After 9am the trash should be deposited directly into the dumpsters on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT place trash at your door after hours due to local wildlife. Please dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6 Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Our pool water gets HOT during the summer months, the only heater ON during the summer months is the good old SUN.
7 BBQ ~ We do not provide a grill on this property.
8 Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
blue ocean vacation rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

when you choose to book a private beach home with us, we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience However, it's important to understand that our service operates differently from a traditional hotel. We are not available around the clock, so while we strive to accommodate your needs, we cannot respond to requests at all hours. Any overnight inquiries, unless they are genuine emergencies, will be addressed the following day. In the case of a life-threatening emergency, please do not hesitate to call 911 for immediate assistance.
