saida towers is the most resort like condo complex on south padre island that
is not a hotel
when you walk into this condo, you will be drawn to the patio door and ocean
view right away visions of sunset margaritas or morning coffee come to mind
even as a write this the kitchen's eat in breakfast counter is perfect for
tacos in the morning or the fajita line for your family after a long day at
the beach
there are 5 towers at saida, tower ii where this ground floor unit #104 is
located means you cannot get closer to the beach or ocean the heated pool is
just on the other side of the building along with the hot tub
this beachfront property features:
*3 pools, 1 heated
*3 heated texas-sized jacuzzis
*numerous tennis/pickleball courts
*bar & grill is open seasonally on weekends
*coin operated washer & dryer in building
*24 hour a day security along with gated, secure off street parking
*outdoor showers just inside the private beach access point rent umbrellas in front of complex in the sand for $45/day
*bbq is allowed on beach but not at property
*free parking off street
our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos has views of beach directly, a private patio that
opens up to the grounds and walk to beach there are 2 bathrooms, 1 is en
suite to the master bedroom The master bedroom also has windows to ocean.
as this is a ground floor unit, the view is not perfect of ocean but is there
please understand that while this condo has all tile floors, stainless
appliances, no stairs, and granite counters, it is not completely remodeled to
brand new and we do want that known
while we allow up to 8 guests, there really isn't sleeping space for 8 there
is a king in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, and a pull out
couch in the living room We also provide a double sized airbed. do bring
extra bedding if you plan on using the pull out or airbed
if you go out the back patio door, there is the ocean if you go out the front
door, there is the heated pool and parking is just behind the building
ultimate in convenience
in terms of walkablity, saida is hands down the #1 best place to stay walk to
literally dozens of bars and restaurants you and your family will feel very
secure at this complex with 24 hour security and off street parking
the kitchen is fully equipped with all pots/pans/etc and professionally
managed by south padre trips at 2600 padre blvd towels, linens, and a starter
pack of toiletries, trash bags, and dishwasher pods is there (not refilled)
any stays over 3 nights there is free linen exchange at south padre trips
office
please read and agree to all house rules prior to booking the city of south
padre short term occupancy permit # is available upon request
while we have the best available internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
if you can't find the network name southpadretrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on it typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router
generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up

we bill for either via the airbnb resolution center prior to arrival again,
these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many hoas are very strict
on coverage plans
our listing again, requires that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or
older to book & must be present at check in you must contact us prior to
booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it is possible sometimes
with additional requirements
2) please take note we do require an e sign rental agreement with an attached
photo id after booking is made, we require to maintain our city of south padre
island rental license a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign
prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide
your email address you must attach a pic of your photo id or upload to airbnb
messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older if you are not 25, we do
not allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible
with additional requirements

stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy we are fully disclosing
this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house
rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of
your photo id to age verify this is not optional
please note: in the months of march and easter weekend, the property charges a
non refundable fee of $25 + 17% tax on condo security wristband fees this is
a hoa fee and not our fee you can buy them in cash from security or if you
wish to use a credit card, we can pre collect this money from you and get them
on your behalf again, this is for anyone ages 10 years of age to 32 years of
