Positive: The staff were incredible. We left my daughter's stuffed animal behind and they notified us immediately and sent a picture. They then looked up pricing to have it shipped to us, and when that cost wasn't feasible, held on to the stuffy until I could find someone to come pick it up. Great customer service.
Negative: The inside of the motel rooms could use a refresh.
