You can walk to town, eat in one of several restaurants, visit the quaint shops, or go fly fishing. A little over a mile will bring you to the Tanbark Trail and/or the trail up Tremper Mountain, both very popular spots, or walk about 2 miles to the Phoenicia Diner for a hearty breakfast or lunch. With a car, there are many sites and activities nearby. The Emerson complex has interesting shops as well as a restaurant, spa, and the world’s largest kaleidoscope! A short drive will bring you to hiking trails, lakes, ski centers, concerts, and other nearby towns to explore. Come and enjoy “your vacation home” without any of the work or responsibility.
