Positive: They say you can't teach height in basketball, well you can't teach location. This home is in a great location: steps from the very convenient and safe promenade, blocks away from the main street so you can have some quiet, easy access to the beach.

Negative: Reports of flat pillows are not an exaggeration. The house is completely adequate, but no more. Kitchen, laundry, etc. all adequate. Cute decor, but absolutely atrocious internet, cable, and very skimpy on bedding. May have been an oversight due to quick summer turn arounds, but the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. No cleaning supplies available onsite, had to clean it ourselves.

Summary: Good location and accommodations for the price, but home could be better.
