the house itself is 2800 square feet comprised of three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each with it's own independent entrance, indoor and outdoor living/dining areas, a bedroom and bathroom With natural wood finishes, custom cabinets, and marine grade fittings, the space is like a "ship on land" and has been crafted for comfort and efficiency. We have an automatic generator that runs all the functions of the house in case there is loss of power.
