Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was clean and comfy, suitable for 1-2 people who are on a budget. Few shops around, not far from less touristy beaches, parking was provided and Ivan was very friendly and helpful and extremely responsive.

Negative: Not that I didn't like because I was aware it's slightly out of split, but I imagined it closer.

Summary: Nice stay, recommended but preferably with a car unless you don't mind walking uphill street for few minutes.
