The wrap around deck provides you the opportunity to unwind amongst nature with a stunning view. inside you will find plenty of space for the group to spread out, a fully equipped kitchen & a large game room with plenty of board games & table tennis! the lake is calling your name & we look forward to welcoming you!
when you walk into the scenic bay retreat you will be greeted with a lovely set up with a large open space for everyone to enjoy each other’s company throughout the large kitchen, dining space & living room
bedrooms:
the home has 3 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 10 guests
bedroom 1: king bed (upstairs)
bedroom 2: queen bed (upstairs)
bedroom 3: queen bed (main)
downstairs common area: queen bed (downstairs)
the couches provide additional sleeping accommodations
there are two bedrooms located upstairs including a king & queen bed with a shared full bathroom Both bedrooms upstairs feature private balconies.
on the main level is an additional queen-sized bedroom that shares a bathroom with the common space
downstairs in the common area has an additional queen-sized bed & another full bathroom
all bedrooms provide comfortable mattresses, high-end linens, & added storage with dressers or closets The bathrooms feature luxury towels & complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Two bathrooms have a bathtub & shower while 1 has a stand-up shower.
living space:
on the main level you will find a large open space with a comfortable sectional couch, ottoman, recliner & tv to relax after a day of fun around the lake The living room flows nicely into the dining area where a table can seat up to 6 people with 3 bar top seats available right behind. From the dining area you look over the fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space for all of your cooking needs. The kitchen boats a center island, cooking appliances, cookware, utensils, glassware, dishware & a coffee pot. The main level also has its own bathroom.
downstairs is where all the fun is hiding in the 700 square foot game room with lots of comfortable seating, table tennis, every board game you could think of and access to the downstairs patio The downstairs loft has its own bathroom, so there is no need to go up & down stairs while enjoying the space.
upstairs the loft offers an additional tv & couch, the perfect place to curl up with a book or watch a movie
office space:
there is no need to take time off work during your stay! we have a private office space set up for all your work needs Enjoy the high-speed Wifi, the large desk set up, monitors to plug your laptop into & a comfortable office chair.
outside:
from the main level you have easy access to the brand-new wrap around porch that offers incredible views from every angle! the space features lots of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail, an outdoor dining table that seats 6 & a hammock to take a nap under the idaho sun Additionally, there is a propane grill provided on the side of the patio.
from the downstairs common space, you will have access to the second patio with more seating & a firepit

Only 17 minutes to the Coeur d’Alene city center you will have the conveniences of nice restaurants and shops to explore while also being able to unwind amongst nature.
getting around:
the city has ride-share vehicles available throughout, however you will be a bit of a drive from the town center so having your own car to get around & visit different areas of the lake would be ideal
