Newly renovated, beautifully furnished 3 bedroom condo in a wonderful gated resort in North Scottsdale. The Grayhawk community is beautifully designed and landscaped offering true “desert” living in a resort-style, upscale residential community. Our unit has just become available for high season as our long-term snowbird renters have recently advised that they are not able to come back for 2026.
our unit is a perfect desert oasis for snowbirds looking to escape winter The third-floor unit is large with 1300 square feet of living space. Our living room has a Smart TV with ample room for sitting, relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig pod-style and Nespresso coffee maker. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, Smart TV, a full walk-in closet and a luxurious glass and slate shower in the master ensuite. The first guest bedroom has a full queen size bed and is perfect for children or guests. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a Smart TV. The den off the hallway has a desk with wifi to keep in touch with family and friends. Our balcony overlooks the main Club House and pool providing a private spot for breakfast, outdoor relaxation or a late night glass of wine.
