enjoy our 19th (top floor) 2 bedroom, 2 bath tower 4 penthouse unit in beautiful south seas (a 55 acre secure gated community) It offers magnificent views of Crescent Beach and the Gulf waters from the over sized balcony and an equally great view of Marco Island from the entrance area of the condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper is in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have hurricane proof sliding doors that lead to the over sized lanai and all have magnificent views of Crescent Beach and the ocean. The master bath is a full bath with a granite vanity top and a tiled shower. The guest bath is also a full bath with a granite vanity top, a tiled shower and a tub. Note: The condo is equipped to sleep 6 people.

There are 3 flat screen televisions (master and guest bedrooms and living room), all linens and towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and cabana, beach pull-cart, and beach toys. The balcony has dining chairs and table, conversational chairs for enjoying the amazing views and a chaise lounge for a good book or a nap.
the south seas property has a heated pool, fitness facility, covered parking (note: $100 registration fee, which includes parking, due to south seas upon registration NO MOTORCYCLES OR TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY), clay tennis courts, pickleball courts, laundry facilities on each floor, and 24 hour gated security. There are casual and fine dining restaurants nearby, many offering on the water seating. South Seas offers access to 2 beaches...Crescent Beach with beautiful white sand perfect for a long walk or relaxing in a chair with a good book and Tigertail Beach, which is great for shelling, paddleboarding and kayaking.
