seaside beach & racquet 2102 is on the ground level of building 2 in the “tennis villas” Although this is on the beach side, is NOT directly on the beach. The tennis villas are on the right once you past the guard gate.
while you do have indirect beach views from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony, and it is on the beach side (no crossing road to get to the beach), this condo is not directly on the beach to access the beach, you simply walk across the parking lot or follow the sidewalk along the west side of the complex

Unit 2102 is on the ground level. No trailers.
🚫no smoking: ssbrc is a non smoking property on the common grounds, except for 2 designated areas: 1) to the west of the indoor pool and 2) to the east of building 5 by the bike rack
